A three bedroomed semi-detached bungalow from the 1930s with real character, needed a complete renovation with internal demolitions to create large kitchen & dining room with triple panel glazed doors to the extensive garden.

 

A large box dormer, inkeeping with the scale of the house, creates a fantastic ensuite shower room to the master bedroom.  Hallway and roof alterations with a large roof window, house a nook to the upper hallway, a seating area with views to the North and utilising the full extents of the upper floor.

 

Clad in anthracite standing seam zinc, the dormer  meets the existing roof slope with splaying ingoes to minimise the construction depth visually.
